This is an advanced digital x-ray that provides Dr. Hoover with a three-dimensional view of your jaws, bones, teeth, nerve pathways, and gums. This gives our dentist the ability to spot potential dental issues before they happen. Is a wisdom tooth placing pressure on other teeth below the gum line? Is an infection brewing beneath the surface?

This technology also helps us determine why an unusual dental issue may be occurring—nerve encroachment, for example. Digital dental x-rays provide high-resolution images all with 80 percent less radiation.
